Native animals which have made Eaglereach their home include; Kangaroos, Wallaroos, Wallabies, Echidnas, Goannas and that’s before you look skyward and marvel at King Parrots, Eastern and Crimson Rosellas, Red-Browed Firetails, Blue Wrens, Bush Doves and our namesake, the majestic Wedge tailed Eagle.
Guests can discover Eaglereach in a variety of ways. On foot, in kayak, mountain bikes or self-drive Discovery Buggies. Every day can be an adventure from the accessible private rainforest, to the lookout at the Mount George Trig Station. A full security entry ensures total privacy and no day-trippers.
The resort’s facilities include swimming pool, tennis court, health & fitness centre 15 station exersite, childrens play centre, a games room and a series of dams for yabbying. Goonarook Lagoon is another superb location for swimming, kayaking and a challenge to those who care to throw out a line for sport fishing.
Huner vineyards, historical villages such as Morpeth, Greaford for vineyards, Port Stephens for dolphin cruises and the Barrington Tops National Park are all close by.
Coffe Bar is open Weekens, on Friday nights take away is available and dinner in Bistro on Saturday nigthts.
